Ark Projects has always been very active in the key areas of renewing of both the internal and external fabric of the older and period buildings and other amenities.  We have the experience and knowledge of working in highly constraint environment such as the construction of a top-down deep basement and multi-storey complexes in the inner cities.  A good example of such project was the British Library in central London with its multiple basement floors.

A few London inner city buildings had been brought back to life by the delicate programming and procurement skills input from Ark Projects.  Such buildings include major shopping centres and listed buildings.
