Infrastructure
We have planned and managed the construction of a number of major and minor roads in the UK and overseas, among which were the M25 in London and Apapa Highway in Lagos.
On the UK West Coast Main Line, we provided a project planning and control support for the signalling and overhead Line Electrification systems, plus the procurement and construction of a new divisionary routes between Crewe and Alsager in the East Midlands.
We provided the total project planning and control systems for the client on railway terminal at the Wentloog International Freight Terminal in the UK.
Ark Projects provided detailed planning and control support on the Surbiton to Woking re-signalling project for Railtrack in the UK. We also provide a specialist prospective, contemporary and retrospective programme analysis on the Jubilee Line Extension project in London.
We provided a total project planning and control services from tender to completion on the renewal of railway tracks and signalling systems at the Birmingham New Street Tunnel Station approach.
Ark Projects was a regular supplier of project planning and control for Tube Lines and the London Underground on a number of underground and surface stations and tracks renewal and refurbishment.
Ark Projects also provided tendering support for a communications specialist subcontractor for the upgrade of the communication systems for the London Underground.
Between 2005 and 2007, Ark Projects worked with South Eastern Trains Limited in Ramsgate and London to provide a full and detailed project management for the new domestic Channel Tunnel Rail Links for the construction of new train maintenance depot plus the refurbishment of existing train maintenance shed and the procurement and refurbishment of new and existing rolling stocks from Japan.
