Ark Projects Consultancy commenced business in 1995, initially as a construction planning and controlling specialist but has since increased its portfolio of services to the industry to include all aspects of construction analysis and support for the resolution of disputes in either litigation or ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) procedures.

Ark Projects Consultancy’s philosophy to maintain a compact and specialisation at its inception remains the same. We have just grown organically to meet the needs of our valued clients with the additional services pertaining to the resolution of construction disputes – prospectively and retrospectively.
